Beth Bartolucci, the Democratic candidate for tax collector, knows that no one is ever delighted to receive or pay their tax bill, but she is committed to making the process as painless as possible by providing friendly, professional service to Prospect taxpayers.
Besides her outgoing manner and love for her hometown, Beth's qualifications include:
• 15 years’ experience in billing, and a strong background in reimbursement and contract analysis
• 28 years' experience in accounting
• Strong background in cash control, customer service management, and outstanding account resolution
• Associate's Degree in computer programming

Beth is also a licensed insurance agent who prides herself on her interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. She grew up in Prospect and returned to town in 1994 to raise her family.
Real estate, personal property, and motor vehicle taxes make up about 78% of Prospect's operating revenue. The accurate billing and timely collection of property taxes is part of what keeps a town solvent and able to provide services to its residents, so it's important to elect the most qualified person for the job. That person is Beth Bartolucci.
