The Economic Development Commission promotes and develops Prospect's economic resources. Commissioners are tasked with researching the town's economic conditions and trends and recommending actions to improve its economic condition and development. The commission coordinates its efforts with non-municipal organizations dedicated to promoting the town's economic development.
Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month.
