Carl Graveline


The town treasurer is primarily responsible for managing the town's revenue and cash flow. The treasurer is tasked with providing accurate, efficient financial record-keeping and financial management that puts Prospect residents' best interests first.

As a small business owner and experienced professional tax consultant who has lived in and served Prospect for more than 30 years on various boards and committees, Democrat Carl Graveline is the best candidate for this position.

Carl holds a BS in Real Estate and Economic Studies from UCONN and has a long history of public service to Prospect, having served on boards and commissions, including Town Council, Zoning Board of Appeals, and  Water Pollution Control Authority.
Carl's experience on the Town Council gives him a true insight to the financial processes required to be the treasurer.
