PATRICIA SULLIVAN GEARY

Patricia Sullivan Geary is currently serving her 17th term on the Prospect Town Council. She’s hoping to serve an 18th term on the council with a Democratic majority for a change.

Pat's Town Council experience  includes p
revious service on the Land Use, Senior Housing Feasibility, Town Buildings, and Salary Review Subcommittees as well as years of preparing municipal budgets that balance town needs with taxpayer costs. She has a strong background in legal and parliamentary procedures and takes seriously her role in making decisions that help move Prospect forward.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English, a Master’s in Educational Foundations, and a Sixth year in Education. She retired after 28 years teaching Language Arts and Reading, primarily at Long River, and is currently a tutor in Region 16 for Language Arts and Reading and for English Language Learners at the middle school.
