Town Council |
Kathryn ZandriKathryn Zandri brings a combination of experience and new ideas, along with a welcome burst of energy to the Democratic slate. She has a long resume of public service, having worked as Wallingford’s Town Clerk for 16 years. She gained a depth of knowledge of parliamentary procedure and state Freedom of Information laws serving as the Wallingford Town Council’s legislative aide, administrative assistant, recording secretary, and parliamentarian. Since moving to Prospect just a few years ago, Kathryn has put her passion, intelligence, and energy to work to better her new hometown, attending town council meetings regularly and becoming an active member of the Prospect Democratic Town Committee.
If elected to the Town Council, Kathryn will work to create a municipal ethics policy as well as greater transparency and accountability in town government and finances. She would also advocate for extended Town Hall hours one day per week to make it more convenient for residents to conduct business. |
